B] Terms of sale

1. In terms of any transaction concluded through this website, we are the vendor or supplier and you are the customer.
2. These terms will become applicable as soon as you place an order through the use of this website.
3. Product descriptions, availability numbers and images are provided for guidance and illustrative purposes only, although we do strive to provide you with accurate and up to date information. Our products are hand printed on organic cotton and can vary in colour and texture. Colours and patterns on any images are as close as possible to the original and may differ depending on which device(s) you access and view this website. We therefore do not guarantee that any image portrays the true colour or the full design of any product or that any description and availability numbers are as complete and accurate as possible. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in respect of a description or image and such error or correction thereof will not give rise to any claim for compensation or the right to cancel any transaction placed through the use of this website.  
4. By placing and order and concluding a transaction through this website you warrant that you are a major of 18 years or older and that you have legal capacity to conclude the transaction.
5. We may cancel any order and transaction at any time for any reason whatsoever, in which event we will refund any money received from you in respect of such order and transaction.
6. Postage is an additional charge over and above the product cost and will be reflected on the final invoice. Postage costs may change from time to time depending on the going rate at any given time for courier costs. The details of the current postage costs and destinations are in the Shipping Terms.
7. The packaging of the products is our prerogative.
8. Payment of any order is required prior to the conclusion of any transaction and prior to any products in respect of such order being manufactured or shipped.  A lead time of 2 to 5 weeks is applicable to all orders. For large orders we will timeously inform you if the lead time will exceed the 2 to 5 weeks.  
9. Risks related to the products pass to you on delivery.
10. Ownership and title in the products pass to you on payment of the amount due to us in full.
11. By placing an order through this website, you warrant that all information given by you, including but not limited to name, delivery address, email address, contact number and credit card details, are true, accurate and correct.  We will not accept any liability in respect of incorrect or incomplete information. By providing such information you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Neither you nor us are responsible or liable for any breach in respect of any order or transaction concluded, that is caused by circumstances beyond the control of the specific party, but if it results in a delay of more than thirty (30) days, the other party may cancel the transaction on written notice to the other.
