Shipping terms

1. The manner of delivery falls within our discretion, but we usually make use of Aramex as our courier partner. 
2. The standard rates applicable to any Aramex delivery will be applicable to every order depending on the delivery address and weight of the product. The shipping costs will be quoted to you when you place an order and will be added to the purchase price on the invoice. 
3. Products will only be delivered to physical addresses, so please provide us with a physical address that is occupied during normal business hours and not a PO Box address or unoccupied address.
4. Payment is required prior to manufacturing and shipping of product
5. We will do our best to deliver products as soon as possible after an order was placed, but a standard lead time of 2 to 5 weeks will be applicable. If for any reason we are unable to comply with such lead time, we will inform you, and in such event we will not be liable and you may not cancel an order.  Delivery to areas other than main centres may take longer.
